The MTV Metallveredlung owns a comprehensive machine park for the mechanical treatment of the components to be plated. This includes treatment processes such as the preparation of parts for plating as well as the mechanical finishing fulfilling our customer’s specifications and requirements. At present more than 20 machines are available for the mechanical treatment of components as for example polishing and grinding machines as well as mill and lathes with up to 10 meters of treatment length.

We provide additional services such as the honing of big piston pipes or the heat treatment of components via strategically partnerships. Through this we offer our customers comprehensive solutions with us being the responsible partner.
