The Modular Powder Coating technology allows the deposition of an organic coating. MPC stands for an application oriented formulation of a gradient material on the basis of a polymer which acts as matrix for the material that needs to be deposited. This deposited material determines the properties of the coating. MPC layers are applied via spraying, without changing or negatively affecting the base material. They offer good friction properties and high ductility as well as excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
MPC is preferentially used in fluid energy systems with hydro- and aerostatic transmission principles including components such as cylinders, pistons, rotor discs, swash plates, running shoes, inlet and outlet coils, valves, clutches and converters.
